Abstract: Carbon nanofibers containing linear mesocage arrays were prepared via evaporation induced self-assembly method within AAO template with an average channel diameter of about 25 nm. The TEM results show that the mesocages have an elongated shape in the transversal direction. The results of N2 adsorption–desorption analysis indicate that the sample possesses a cage-like mesoporous structure and the average mesopore size of the sample is about 18 nm.
Intelligent Method for Faults Diagnosis of Rolling Bearings via Chaos Optimized Support Vector Machine

Abstract: In a transmission system, the faults of rolling bearings occur very frequently. A tiny crack may cause huge damage on the system. Therefore, it is essential to detect the faults of rolling bearings. However, the single fault has been researched extensively while very few works have been done on the multiply faults detection (i.e., simultaneous existence of 2 or more fault types). To deal with this problem, a new method is proposed to diagnosis multi-fault of rolling bearings in this study. The vibration data was analyzed in the time and frequency domains. Then the Support Vector Machine (SVM) was used to recognize the fault patterns. In order to enhance the generalization ability of the SVM diagnosis model, the Chaos algorithm was adopted to optimize the structural parameters of the SVM. Experimental tests have been carried out on a fault simulation setup. The fault detection results show that the proposed method is competent for the multi-fault diagnosis of rolling bearings. The fault detection rate is beyond 90.0%.
Positive solutions to boundary-value problems of p-Laplacian fractional differential equations with a parameter in the boundary

Abstract: In this article, we consider the following boundary-value problem of nonlinear fractional differential equation with $p$-Laplacian operator $$displaylines{ D_{0+}^eta(phi_p(D_{0+}^alpha u(t)))+a(t)f(u)=0, quad 01$, $phi_p^{-1}=phi_q$, $1/p+1/q=1$, $0leqslantgamma<1$, $0leqslantxileqslant1$, $lambda>0$ is a parameter, $a:(0,1) o [0,+infty)$ and $f:[0,+infty) o[0,+infty)$ are continuous. By the properties of Green function and Schauder fixed point theorem, several existence and nonexistence results for positive solutions, in terms of the parameter $lambda$ are obtained. The uniqueness of positive solution on the parameter $lambda$ is also studied. Some examples are presented to illustrate the main results.

Abstract: Workplace ostracism was originally defined that individuals were excluded or ignored or disregard by other employees. Workplace ostracism is a kind of “cold violence”, which has been paid attention widespread. The study reported here mainly summarized workplace ostracism and its effects from lots of domestic and foreign literatures. Firstly, we comb the conceptions and nature of workplace ostracism in different views. Secondly, we can mainly summarize its effects of workplace ostracism by means of studying plenty of empirical researches. Lastly, we point out the potential defects in previous studies and there are still some issues worthwhile exploring in the future.
The Semantic Structures of Chinese Verb-resultatives

Abstract: The theory of verb-assignment in the traditional argument structure cannot offer a satisfactory explanation for the specific grammatical structures and semantic features of Chinese verb-resultative constructions. By distinguishing the conceptual content from the grammatical meaning and representing the sentence-level conceptual content in Conceptual Frames, the grammatical realization rules of verb-resultative constructions can be analyzed more accurately. The conceptual frame of a verb-resultative construction is mainly composed of action conceptual structure and causation conceptual structure; and the participants in these two conceptual structures will be conflated and realized as the relevant argument roles in the semantic structure. When the Causee is conflated with different participants in the action conceptual structure, it can be construed in different ways, and realized in different positions in the corresponding semantic and grammatical structures, thereby ultimately influencing the whole configuration of the verb-resultative construction.
Gender Effect on the Use of CSs

Abstract: This paper explores the gender effect on the use of communication strategies (CSs). The study collected the data of 36 Chinese EFL learners when they fulfilled communicative tasks as the basis for analysis. The statistical results show that no sex-related significant, direct effect was identified on the frequency and types of CS use, but the sex variable affects the effectiveness of females’ and males’ use of CSs. Those findings bring some implications for foreign language teaching and learning.
